1. AMBER FORT

2. NAHARGARH FORT



The rocky ridges of the Aravali Hills cradle Nahargarh fort, a majestic monument that overlooks Jaipur and offers a stunning mesmerising views of city Palace. Built in 1734 by Jai Singh II then the Maharaja of Jaipur, Nahargarh Fort was part of the city's defence circle, along with Amer Fort and Jaigarh Fort. The Fort served as a hunting retreat for the royal family. 

3. JAIGARH FORT 


Jaigarh Fort is the most spectacular in the list of places to visit in Jaipur, the Fort is the most situated on the rugged promontory of the Aravali Hills called the Cheel Ka Teela or the Hill Of Eagles. If the majestic appearance of Jaigarh Fort is also known as the Fort Of Victory. The thick walls of the fort are made up of Red Sandstone, run about 3 kilometres and are dominant by watchtowers. The granaries, water reserve and storage systems in this fort are the finest example of ancient science and technology. 

4. CITY PALACE 



Located in the heart of City, the city Palace is one of the most remarkable tourists attraction in Jaipur. The architecture of this palace is a splendid blend to Rajput and Mughal style. Flawless engraving and fine artwork lend this place a distinct beauty. Adorned with sprawling gardens, courtyards, halls, royal residency and art gallery every part of this palace reflects Rajputana Glory. The palace also have houses a museum where you will come across the royal garments used by Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II and Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh I 


5. HAWA MAHAL



Hawa Mahal is a five - storied pyramidal edifice constructed out of red and pink sandstone and is among the popular tourist place to visit in Jaipur. Built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799, it features 953 small window and looks like a honeycomb hive. The interior charmbers of this building enjoy a cooling effect due to the breeze blowing in through its incredible lattice of window. If you climb to the top of the Hawa Mahal, you can get amazing view of the city centre. 


6. JANTAR MANTAR


Jantar Mantar is an astronomical observatory that dates back to 1734 and was built under the commands of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. It houses the world's largest sundial made out of stone, in addition to nineteen other architectural astronomical instruments. This place has been declared a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE site.


7. BIRLA MANDIR



In a city that seems to be dipped from top to bottom in Pink, the stark white marble Birla Mandir stand out big time.the Hindu temple pays tribute to Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth and purity and Vishnu. One of the religious main deities. The marvellous structure exudes a quiet, peaceful vibe, offering just the right atmosphere to appreciate fine marble carving, shrine to gods , and gorgeous sunset view. 



8. JAL MAHAL



Standing in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake, Jal Mahal is a spectacular five - storied palace that features the Rajput style of Architecture. It was built as hunting lodge for the rulers of this land. When the lake is full, four of these stories remain submerged under the water only the top one remains visible.


9. RAMBAGH PALACE 



Rambagh Palace was once just a royal hunting lodge located amidst a dense forest. It was later expanded in the early part of the 20th century and turned into a grand residence for the Maharaja of Jaipur. Today, the palace serves as one of the finest heritage hotels in Jaipur.


10. AMAR JAWAN JYOTI



Amar Jawan Jyoti is a memorial built in honour the brave soldiers who laid down their lives in the service of the nation during the India-Pakistan war of 1971. The simple structure with the upturned rifle is a big draw among tourists and locals like. Once the sun goes down, the memorial stands brightly illuminated against the dark sky, making it one of the best place to visit in Jaipur.


11. GALTAJI OR GALTA MONKEY TEMPLE



Galta Ji or Galta Monkey Temple is a popular Hindu Pilgrimage site in Jaipur. Built during the 18th century by Diwan Rao Kirparam, the temple is located 10 km away from Jaipur. Scenic Aravali Hills surround this temple and the dense green forest help in keeping the temperature of this place moderate. According to the legend, Saint Galav, used to meditate in this region. As an honour to this holy devotees of God, a temple with seven holy kunds ( ponds) was constructed at this site. Galta Kund is the most sacred among these seven kunds and it never gets dry. 

12. JOHARI BAZAR 



The vibrate city of Jaipur will make your feet automatically head towards its busting local bazar such as Johari Bazar . It is one of the frequently visited tourists place in Jaipur which is a shopper's delight. 13. PANNA MEENA KA KUND 



Panna Meena ka kund is an ancient step-well that dates back to the 16th century. It has steps adorning it's three sides while the remaining side is a multistorey balcony. The eight story step well also has a community space where you can sit and spend some moments taking the beauty of the palace. 


14. HATHNI KUND 


Hathni Kund is a hill that is very popular with trekkers. The pathway to top of the hill has many ancient temple and sand dunes among the way. From the top, you can get a 360- degree view of the Pink City. 


15. CHOUR GHATI 


The serene Ghalta valley hold the trail of Chour Ghati trek in remnants of Aravalis. Within the laps of natural beauty and crossing path by green trees, the trek allows one to explore Sun Temple, Chour Palace and a lake in the wood and the views of the trail is itself so mesmerising that one wants to explore this place again on a free day-out. 

16. JAWAHAR CIRCLE


Recognized as the largest park in Jaipur, Jawahar Circle as the name suggests is a circular park surrounding by a rose garden. There is a play area available for kids with special facilities also a uniquely created jogging track. Walk around the green plantation of this park and admire the beautiful landscape.
