HIMACHAL PRADESH CRICKET ASSOCIATION STADIUM - DHARAMSHALA (HIMACHAL PRADESH)

Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium is also abbreviated as HPCA is a picturesque cricket stadium located in the city of Dharamshala , Kangra District , State - Himachal Pradesh. Located at a height of 1,437 masl amidst the Dhauladhar mountain range in Kangra Valley , it is also one of the most highest sports ground in the world. 

This is one of the most breathtaking and stunning stadium in the world to play cricket. A small and glittering green plate, the ground has a snow - capped background in the form of Dhauladhar Hill Range.

The mountain add serenity in the venue which lies at an altitude of 1317 meter above sea level. It's openness and small - sized stands , allow winds to sweep across, giving fast bowlers assistance in the wind.

It was established in 2003. The town of Dharamshala is best known internationally as the home of the Dalai Lama of Tibet. The main stand is built with Tibetan architectural Style. The president of Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association is Arun Dhulma. Vibrant colours that contrast sharply with the stark cloudy background add a unique aesthetic quality to the stadium. The cricket stadium in Dharamshala is located about 11km northeast of Kangra Airport in Gaggal. Taxis are easily available to commute with in the city.

Nearest Railway station is Chakki Bank and Pathankot. Locals are kind , honest and helpful.

You can also reach there by Bus , Taxi and by your Car. Roads are good and wide. Nearest Bus Station is Dharamshala Bus Station.
